*This is a project that would come later in the development of the Local Center.
The "Village Up Project" will select a small geographic area (school, business or
political district) where we will apply everything we know and learn to strengthen the
area for local control and empowerment. This process would then be repeated for a
more massive affect.
There is the African Proverb that states that "It takes a Village to raise a child". The
Village Up Project will answer for us the question of "What it takes to raise the
Village"
